Not sure these ever released. There is no evidence of a Nike Rio Strand out there, but they possibly changed the model name before release.
Either way, these are really nicely done! Translucent uppers, presto-like midsole sculpting, Dual Density + Air under the foot, free floating lace webbings, and an amazingly nice deconstructed interior.
Shoes have been worn, show some yellowing but are very wearable and in nice shape.
