Size label reads "M/M" and another label with "W". Not sure if the W stands for Womens or Wide.. not really a wide tank..

Looks like it was made for an athlete that probably never made it to the games. Probably 2000 games? Proper tagging that custom tailored apparel often gets for Nike athletes (made in USA). Fully sublimated on front and back
